The Kathrine R. Everett Law Library serves the academic community by providing essential research support and resources. Our team is dedicated to fostering a collaborative environment where students, faculty, and staff can access the legal materials and expertise they need to succeed.
As a temporary Reference Librarian, you will be the face of the library, staffing the reference and circulation desks to assist users with their research inquiries. This role is vital for supporting the library's mission of facilitating legal research and education.
In this position, you will conduct in-office research appointments with students and provide specialized support for faculty research requests under the guidance of supervising librarians. You will also play an active role in instructional services, helping to plan, schedule, and teach research classes, library tours, and other educational programs. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining library guides, handouts, and other research tools, ensuring that all materials are current and accessible.
