About the Role
The Red Cell Analyst serves as a core subject matter expert in intelligence analysis and production, focusing on complex data topics related to various threats to national security. This position is dedicated to the overall conduct and management of specific vulnerability assessments, ensuring that all statutory and regulatory requirements are met while providing critical assessment data to the White Cell Lead.
In this capacity, you will act as the primary voice for the adversary perspective. Your work involves researching the structure, ideology, intentions, tactics, and capabilities of adversarial organizations to develop accurate threat characterizations. You will identify information requirements, develop assessment strategies, and conduct open-source research to emulate adversarial planning capabilities. By synthesizing findings from various specialists, you will determine the impacts of discovered vulnerabilities on national and military missions, supporting the development of protection studies, risk analyses, and mitigation strategies.
The role requires the preparation of high-level deliverables, including out briefs, Senior Leader briefs, white papers, After Action Reviews, and Final Reports. You will facilitate timely information management flow between DoD Red Team partners and other supporting entities, ensuring seamless integration of all-source studies and plans.
Hiring Process
