About the Team
Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell leads the Office of the Attorney General, representing the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The Health Care & Fair Competition Bureau houses the Medicaid Fraud Division (MFD), a unit dedicated to protecting the state's $20 billion Medicaid program. MFD operates with both criminal and civil enforcement authority, working in partnership with federal and state law enforcement agencies to identify and prosecute fraud, as well as investigate allegations of abuse, neglect, and misappropriation of funds in long-term care facilities and health care settings.

- check_circleConduct initial investigations including data analysis, witness interviews, and open-source research
- check_circleOversee the process to receive and review constituent complaints from various sources
- check_circleDelegate and assign complaints to the team to ensure efficient workflow
Requirements
