About the Role
This junior-level analyst role is designed to support the Talent Acquisition (TA) team by managing inquiries related to our recruiting technology stack, including Workday Recruiting, Eightfold, Oleeo, and other TA tools. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning new systems quickly, and providing excellent customer support to business users. You will serve as the first point of contact for the TA team, triaging inquiries, assisting with testing for updates and releases, and partnering with recruiters to understand pain points and recommend process improvements. Your work will directly impact how our recruiting tools are adopted and utilized, ensuring that requests are logged, prioritized, and resolved with accurate documentation.
