This is a great opportunity for a recruiting leader who enjoys building teams, improving processes, and driving results in a high-volume environment. At Securitas, this role plays an important part in supporting operational success through strong hiring strategy and team leadership. You will lead a high-volume recruiting team in a fast-paced environment, responsible for managing recruiting operations, driving hiring results, and ensuring a consistent and efficient candidate experience.
The position will start in Grove City, OH, and will eventually relocate to Dublin. You will partner with operational leaders to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and use data to drive accountability and results across assigned business areas.
