About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy. Reporting directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this position is designed for a creative and initiative-driven professional dedicated to delivering a high-quality candidate experience. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both clinical and non-clinical roles, ensuring we attract top-tier talent across various locations and geographies within our system.
In this hybrid role based in Jacksonville, FL, you will partner closely with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and execute targeted sourcing efforts. Your day-to-day will involve consulting on recruitment needs, coordinating screenings and interviews, and representing our employer brand at job fairs and conferences. Success in this role requires a balance of strategic thinking and operational excellence, allowing you to build robust talent funnels while maintaining professional ethics and confidentiality.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in human resources, business or other related field preferred
- verifiedMinimum of three (3) years recruitment experience required
- verifiedHealthcare setting preferred
- verifiedKnowledge of employment practices and laws
- verifiedProficiency in applicant tracking systems
- verifiedCandidate Relationship Management (CRM) experience
- verifiedProficient with Microsoft Office
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or other related field. Healthcare setting experience.
