About the Role
As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing top talent, driving hiring outcomes, and building strong partnerships with operational leaders. If you are motivated by results, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love connecting people with meaningful careers, this is the role for you.
You will take ownership of the candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, descriptions, and post requirements. Your day-to-day involves facilitating the entire interview, selection, and closing processes, from scheduling interviews and overseeing preparation of materials to managing the offer process and discussing employment terms. You will also support the onboarding and new hire process while staying abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
Beyond execution, you will focus on client expectations and commit to continuous improvement. This includes proactively networking, establishing effective working relationships, pursuing conscious cost-containment efforts, and continually seeking new sourcing options to deliver quality candidates. You will manage metric-driven results and report directly to operational managers, ensuring all screening, hiring, and selection activities comply with employment laws and regulations.
