About the Team
Scope Services is growing and seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity for a business professional to assist with our recruiting efforts, supporting both local businesses and national projects within the utility industry.
About the Role
As a Recruiter, you will be the driving force behind our high-volume hiring needs. Your day-to-day will involve partnering with Project Managers to conduct interviews and manage the onboarding process. You will develop and incorporate effective recruitment strategies, produce job specifications, and arrange recruitment materials. Additionally, you will provide essential human resource support by responding to employee inquiries, coordinating the selection process, scheduling tests, and delivering new-hire orientation.
Hiring Process
We are currently holding walk-in interview hours to meet candidates in person. Please visit our office between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM, or from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Work Environment
This position is strictly in-person. The office is located at 2095 Niles Road, St. Joseph, MI, with standard business hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
