The Human Resources Director – U.S. Commercial & Global Customer Capabilities and Innovation is a senior leadership role that shapes and delivers people strategies to drive business performance, organizational effectiveness, and talent outcomes across Amgen's Commercial organization. Serving as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior leaders, this role supports both field-based and home-office staff.
Reporting to the Executive Director, Human Resources (U.S. and Global Commercial), the HR Director works with executive leadership teams to drive transformation and strengthen leadership capability.
