About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team. As an Agency Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying client needs to placing candidates in roles that fit their skills and career aspirations. You will act as a bridge between organizations and talent, utilizing a proactive approach to sourcing and building strong relationships.
In this role, you will engage with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions. You will attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Your day-to-day involves screening applicants, conducting interviews, and matching talent to opportunities while negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process. You will also maintain long-term relationships with placed candidates to support their career development and stay ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circlePrepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics to senior management

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- verifiedProven experience as a recruiter, preferably in an agency setting
- verifiedProficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- verifiedFamiliarity with employment laws and regulations
