Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage the full lifecycle recruitment process for positions across multiple U.S. locations
- check_circleDevelop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- check_circleProactively identify and recruit passive candidates through diverse sourcing techniques
- check_circleMake interview selection recommendations and oversee candidate interview scheduling
- check_circleReview monthly and quarterly recruitment metrics to ensure targets are met
- check_circleReview applicants for fit and conduct phone screens or interviews to gather critical information
- check_circlePartner with hiring managers to determine offer parameters and ensure ATS data accuracy
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education or related field
- verifiedMinimum of 2 years' full-cycle recruiting experience
- verifiedMinimum of 2 years' experience with an Applicant Tracking System
- verifiedKnowledge of federal and state employment laws
- verifiedAbility to travel within various markets at a national level
