[solidcore] is a national boutique fitness company with over 100 studios across the country. Our signature workout is a 50-minute session of low-impact, high-intensity strength training where the lights are low and the music is loud. Coaches guide classes through slow, controlled movements sequenced to work muscles to failure. About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team. This role is for someone who brings the same intensity and passion to talent acquisition that our coaches bring to the studio floor. Reporting to the TA Manager, this position is ideal for someone eager to gain exposure to all facets of talent acquisition within our rapidly growing company.

As the primary talent acquisition partner for an assigned regional territory, you will collaborate with the TA Manager, hiring leaders, and candidates to create a best-in-class onboarding experience consistent with [solidcore] brand standards. You will own the end-to-end talent acquisition process for your region, including scouting, sourcing, interviewing, and hosting auditions for coach candidates across multiple studios. Your mission is to help us find individuals who can challenge our clients to discover their strongest selves.

This is a high-energy role requiring regular travel (25-40%) throughout your assigned regional territory to conduct in-person auditions and sourcing visits. You will partner with field leaders and training managers to understand unique market needs, build relationships with local fitness communities, and ensure our hiring process reflects the authentic energy of the [solidcore] brand.

Location Note: This candidate must be based in Colorado.

Hiring Process

1. Initial Screening: A conversation with the Talent Acquisition Manager to discuss your background and passion for fitness.
2. Role Deep Dive: A discussion on your experience with regional recruitment, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience.
3. Final Interview: A meeting with the TA leadership team to assess cultural fit and alignment with our mission.
