The Recruiter serves as the vital link between our project demands and our union workforce. In this role, you will coordinate and fulfill craft labor staffing needs through union hiring halls, ensuring qualified personnel are sourced, scheduled, and mobilized to meet critical project timelines. You will work closely with project management, union representatives, and internal leadership to maintain strong relationships with union halls and ensure workforce assignments align with collective bargaining agreements.
Your day-to-day involves tracking manpower requests, monitoring dispatch lists, and verifying that all hires meet the rigorous standards required for our work, including providing radiological controls coverage for highly contaminated radiological work. As a point of contact for union employees, you will communicate project details and onboarding requirements, ensuring a smooth transition from dispatch to mobilization.
