Be a part of the nationwide law enforcement initiative that removes the tools of crime from criminal organizations, depriving wrongdoers of proceeds from their crime and impacting the infrastructure of criminal enterprises. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) enforces federal laws relating to alcohol, tobacco, firearms, explosives, and arson by working directly and in cooperation with other federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies. ATF has the authority to seize and forfeit assets involved in violations of law.
FSA Federal is focused on delivering unsurpassed services in support of law enforcement and homeland security. As a Records Examiner/Analyst IV, you will support the overall mission of the ATF by ensuring the integrity and reliability of data management within the agency. This role is critical for upholding compliance standards and fostering a culture of excellence in records and case management. You will collaborate with legal and law enforcement teams to resolve discrepancies, conduct quality assurance audits, and provide actionable insights to enhance efficiency. The position involves facilitating the development of standard operating procedures and offering mentorship to enhance team competencies in quality assurance practices.
Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of ATF policies related to asset forfeiture and experience in ATF procedures for processing assets seized for forfeiture. This position requires U.S. Citizenship and a 7 (or 10) year minimum background investigation.
This position is not currently approved for telework and requires work to be performed onsite.

Quality certification. Experience in SharePoint and Visio. Knowledge of ATF policies related to asset forfeiture. Experience in ATF procedures for processing assets seized for forfeiture.
