We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and support daily operations. This role serves as the operational backbone of our property management team, ensuring seamless communication between tenants, vendors, and internal staff.
In this position, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and inquiries, managing the flow of information through professional call and email handling. Your day will involve organizing critical documentation, maintaining both electronic and paper filing systems, and tracking tenant requests and work orders to ensure timely follow-up. You will also assist in scheduling maintenance and vendor appointments, managing office inventory, and providing general administrative support to our property managers.
