About the Role

As a Receptionist for Imaging Services, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, working under the direction of leadership to support daily operations. This role is vital for ensuring a smooth patient experience, requiring you to communicate professionally and effectively with both patients and colleagues. You will be responsible for registering outpatients, reviewing physician orders, scheduling exams, and arranging patient transport. Beyond administrative duties, you will maintain the cleanliness of equipment and supplies, manage medical record documentation, and address patient questions or concerns with a mature and courteous demeanor.

The position demands adaptability in a setting where hours may vary, including weekends and holidays, and where priorities can shift frequently. You will interact with the public daily, utilizing department technology and adhering to all Aultman policies and procedures. Cross-training within the department may be required, and colleagues may be assigned to different locations within the foundation as needed.
