About the Role
As a Receptionist, you will serve as the welcoming face of our community, providing efficient and courteous service to all residents, guests, and the public. This part-time role is designed for someone who thrives in a professional atmosphere and takes pride in supporting the team's performance and productivity.
In this position, you will be the first point of contact, greeting residents and guests warmly, managing daily check-ins, and handling telephone inquiries with professionalism. Your day will involve coordinating logistics such as reserving the private dining area, sorting and delivering mail and packages, and acting as a liaison between residents, the leasing team, and maintenance. You will also assist with administrative duties and ensure that emergency procedures are understood and followed, playing a vital role in the safety and comfort of our community.
