The Role
As a Receptionist, you will be the face of Campers Inn RV, responsible for providing an excellent first impression by achieving and sustaining a high level of hospitality, customer satisfaction, and loyalty. You will serve as the central hub for our front office, ensuring that every visitor and caller feels welcomed and valued.
In this role, you will manage the flow of communication by answering phones, directing visitors, and handling correspondence. You will maintain the cleanliness and organization of our customer lounge and reception areas, ensuring refreshments are available and the environment reflects our commitment to excellence. Beyond administrative tasks, you will coordinate logistics such as express mail services and assist with office supply management. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in supporting a team dedicated to the RV lifestyle.
