North County Cadillac is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our dealership. In this role, you will be the face of our company, managing the front desk and providing essential administrative support to ensure a welcoming environment for guests and customers.
As the Receptionist, you will coordinate front-desk activities, including greeting visitors, distributing correspondence, and redirecting phone calls. This position is a vital customer service role that requires a professional and pleasant demeanor. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records in our applicant tracking system, conducting preliminary candidate calls, and assisting management with scheduling and recognition activities.
Your day-to-day work involves handling invoicing for general dealership services, ordering office supplies, and performing specific month-end tasks such as preparing reports for Used Car CPOs. Success in this role requires developing a strong knowledge of our product lineup and becoming proficient with our dealership software to ensure 100% logging of all customer contacts.
This position operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
