As the Community Relations Associate (Receptionist), you will serve as the information center of our community. Your day will involve managing all phone calls, greeting visitors, providing community information, and managing resident transportation and outing schedules. You will also assist residents with various requests and handle administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Business Administration. This position requires superior people skills and the ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers. Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities, and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
