The Business Affairs department is the backbone of the studio's creative and commercial success. We manage complex deal-making, navigate intricate contractual processes, and drive cross-functional coordination to ensure business operations run efficiently, confidentially, and in strict alignment with studio priorities. Operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, our team relies on precision, organization, and unwavering discretion to support the studio's global ambitions.
As an Executive Assistant to the SVP of Business Affairs, you will serve as the primary operational partner for the department's leadership. This role is designed for a highly organized professional who thrives in a dynamic setting where accuracy is paramount. You will act as the gatekeeper and facilitator for the SVP and the broader team, managing complex calendars, coordinating logistics for high-stakes meetings, and ensuring seamless communication flow both internally and with external partners.
Your day will involve a blend of strategic support and tactical execution. You will be the first point of contact for all incoming communications, drafting deal memos, and maintaining rigorous digital and physical filing systems. Beyond administrative duties, you will partner with internal departments and external vendors to secure necessary approvals and materials, troubleshoot facility issues, and support critical departmental projects. This position requires a self-starter who can exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality while managing multiple priorities with urgency and flexibility.
Candidates selected for this role will be invited to participate in a series of interviews designed to assess both administrative capabilities and cultural fit. The process typically includes an initial screening to verify qualifications, followed by a deeper discussion with the hiring manager regarding specific operational scenarios and team dynamics. Final candidates may engage with additional stakeholders to ensure alignment with the department's workflow and values.
