The Program Coordinator serves as the operational and academic backbone of our accredited residency and fellowship training program. Working under the oversight of the Program Director, Manager, and Director, this position ensures the seamless execution of daily program functions while maintaining strict adherence to national accreditation standards and hospital policies.
This role is designed for a proactive professional who thrives on complex administrative challenges. You will act as the primary liaison between residents, faculty, and hospital administration, fostering a supportive environment for trainees while managing critical workflows. From long-range planning and recruitment to overseeing ACGME compliance and managing sensitive data, you will be instrumental in shaping the educational experience and operational efficiency of the program.

The Program Coordinator plays a vital role in this mission by ensuring that the infrastructure supporting our residents and fellows is robust, compliant, and efficient. You will collaborate closely with the Program Director and Manager to identify opportunities for workflow improvement, cost effectiveness, and policy development, directly impacting the quality of our training environment.
