Since 1980, The Palace Group has set the standard for senior living in South Florida. What began as a 21-bed Assisted Living Facility has grown into a nationally-renowned network of award-winning communities serving over 1,500 residents and 1,100 employees. Despite this success, The Palace Group remains a privately-owned "labor of love." Founders Helen and Jacob Shaham, along with their sons Zack and Haim, live nearby and frequently dine on-site, ensuring a hands-on approach where no "corporate red tape" stands in the way of delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences.
The Palace at Coral Gables, recognized as the "Best Independent Living Community in the US" by the National Association of Home Builders in 2014, is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our luxury community. This role is vital for creating the best first impression for residents, family members, and guests.\n As the first point of contact, you will manage the flow of the lobby, ensuring it remains orderly and free from clutter at all times. Your day will involve greeting visitors, directing them to the appropriate locations, and monitoring doors for incoming and outgoing persons. You will serve as a hub for communication, answering phones with proper etiquette and providing clerical support to the administrative staff. Beyond these duties, you will be attentive to the surroundings, helping residents and guests as necessary and reporting any unusual incidents to management.
We invite you to visit our beautiful community to meet our residents and staff. If you are a polite, responsible, and resourceful individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, we encourage you to apply. We are looking for someone who is flexible with their schedule, including weekends and holidays, and who thrives in a team environment.
The Palace Group is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
