This position serves as a vital support hub for the Administrator, Office Manager, Director of Nursing, and Activity Director. You will be the first point of contact for residents, family members, and potential clients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. Your day will involve answering phones, greeting guests, guiding tours, and facilitating communication between departments for special events and vendor interactions. You will also handle general office duties, manage rental payments, and represent the facility with a positive and professional demeanor.
We offer a flexible schedule (Monday–Friday, 4 PM to 7 PM, 15 hours per week) with the ability to cover other shifts when needed.
