This is a full-time, temporary role requiring 35 hours per week, scheduled from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide clerical assistance with documentation and ensure smooth administrative operations.
You will serve as the first point of contact for cooperators and visitors, greeting them and assisting with required forms. Your day will involve verifying the completion of forms, managing document submissions, and performing accurate data entry and filing. Additionally, you will handle phone inquiries and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently, troubleshoot issues, and maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
