About the Team

Since 1980, The Palace Group has set the standard for senior living in South Florida. What began as a 21-bed Assisted Living Facility has grown into a nationally-renowned network of award-winning communities serving over 1,500 residents and 1,100 employees. Founders Helen and Jacob Shaham, along with their sons Zack and Haim, live nearby and frequently dine on-site, ensuring a hands-on approach where no "corporate red tape" stands in the way of delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences.

Our communities, including Palace Renaissance & Royale, are CARF Accredited and were rated #1 in the US by CARF in 2016. We offer a continuum of care ranging from Independent Living to Nursing & Rehabilitation, all dedicated to the families who have entrusted us with the care of their older loved ones.

About the Role

As the Front Desk Receptionist for our Luxury Senior Living Communities in Kendall, Coral Gables, and Homestead, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, their families, and guests. Your primary mission is to make the best first impression and provide effective customer service that reflects the warmth and professionalism of The Palace Group.

In this role, you will manage the front desk operations, ensuring the lobby remains orderly and welcoming at all times. You will answer phones with proper etiquette, direct visitors to the appropriate locations, and monitor entry points to ensure the safety and security of our community. Beyond administrative duties, you will interact daily with residents and visitors, fostering positive public relations and acting as a helpful, attentive presence in the community.
