About the Opportunity

Vaco by Highspring is recruiting for a Real Estate Paralegal in a direct hire capacity. This role is designed for a professional eager to manage the closing process from start to finish while drafting and reviewing essential real estate documents, including contracts, leases, purchase agreements, deeds, and title affidavits.

About the Role

You will serve as a key support figure in the real estate legal workflow, demonstrating excellence in verbal and written communication with clients. The position offers professional curiosity and growth opportunities, allowing you to expand the parameters of your responsibilities over time. While prior real estate professional experience, related college degrees, and Legal Assistant or Paralegal certifications are preferred, the role is open to candidates with a strong desire to learn. A licensed title agent status is a plus, or a willingness to obtain licensure within one year of employment will be considered.

Compensation Transparency

Determining compensation for this role depends on a wide array of factors, including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, office location, and organizational needs. The salary range of $75,000 to $80,000 is a reasonable estimate for the base compensation in geographies requiring disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
