About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional looking to broaden their knowledge in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a key member of the team, you will support attorneys in the preparation and closing of real estate transactions, conducting comprehensive UCC lien searches, and preparing critical documents such as purchase agreements, lease agreements, and closing statements. The role requires coordinating with clients, title companies, opposing counsel, and courts to ensure all paperwork is correctly filed and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verified2+ years Real Estate Paralegal experience
- verifiedProficiency in UCC lien searches
- verifiedABA-approved paralegal certification preferred
- verifiedKnowledge of real estate law and legal procedures
- verifiedProficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to Have
A paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program.
