About the Role
We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Real Estate Closing Manager to join our Irvine team. In this role, you'll be the main point of contact throughout the escrow process, ensuring every transaction closes smoothly and every party stays informed along the way. Key Responsibilities
- check_circleServe as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and staff throughout the escrow process
- check_circlePrepare transaction documents and monitor close of escrow dates
- check_circleResolve title issues before closing and ensure all paperwork is completed on time
- check_circleAttend internal meetings and provide status updates on all active escrow files
- check_circleCollaborate with sales team members on escrow files when needed
- check_circleRespond promptly and professionally to customer and vendor inquiries
- check_circleKeep all parties informed of any changes or updates throughout the transaction
Requirements
- verifiedExperience with real estate contracts and documents
- verifiedProficiency in MLS, DocuSign, Zipforms, and CRM platforms
- verifiedBilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
- verifiedExperience in real estate investment (bonus)
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Google Suite or similar systems. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Experience in real estate investment.
