Within our organization, the Real Estate Architect team plays a critical role in developing the physical infrastructure that supports our complex laboratory builds. This team acts as a vital liaison between customer operating units, external architects and engineers, and the construction team to manage the assessment, programming, design, and delivery of building and equipment design processes.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssist in developing conceptual designs for complex laboratory builds and equipment placement
- check_circleDevelop and maintain project specifications and standards for buildings and laboratories
- check_circleManage the architectural process from conceptualization to completion for multiple projects
- check_circlePartner with construction teams to translate business requirements into space plans and cost estimates
- check_circleCreate and review detailed blueprints and provide design review comments for all locations
- check_circleCollaborate with cross-functional teams to establish guidelines for testing laboratories and offices
- check_circleEngage stakeholders to ensure smooth project coordination and address potential challenges
- check_circleCoordinate MEPs to ensure laboratory capabilities support testing and equipment requirements
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- verifiedMinimum of 5 years of related experience
- verifiedProficiency in Revit, Sketchup, and Enscape
- verifiedStrong understanding of sustainability principles
- verifiedExperience with MEP systems and laboratory design
Nice to Have
Active architectural licensure. Experience in delivering alternative workplace solutions, remote management, virtual and distributed workforce, and facilities operations.
