About the Role
This position is an ideal entry point into the field of psychology and ABA therapy. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, serving as an integral member of our clinical team to support independence and positive behavior. This opportunity offers flexibility and autonomy, making it perfect for college students or those seeking part-time work. Many positions offer afternoon or evening hours to accommodate various schedules. All roles begin part-time with a required minimum 6-month commitment.
Training & Support
No prior experience is required! We provide paid training, including the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course, to ensure you are fully prepared. We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, patient, and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Experience in education or early childhood development, childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship; teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles; after-school programs or camp counseling; behavioral health, mental health, or social services; ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism; healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver); supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one; Behavior Technician, ABA, or Registered Behavior Technician experience.
