The UVM Health Network is a diverse organization dedicated to supporting the next generation of healthcare professionals. We offer a collaborative environment where new graduates can launch their careers alongside a team of leaders and colleagues committed to their growth. Our network spans multiple locations, providing opportunities to train and transition into various specialties as you gain experience.
We are seeking Radiology students graduating in Spring 2026 to join our Health Network as X-Ray Technologists or in other modalities such as Sonography and Nuclear Medicine. This role is designed for those looking to start their first position during the Summer of 2026.
Radiology Technologists will demonstrate progressive knowledge and responsibility in the daily operations of the radiology department. You will operate a variety of X-ray equipment to perform routine radiographs and fluoroscopic procedures under the direction of radiologists, supervisors, and lead technologists. Additionally, you may assist in the clinical instruction of radiography students and other personnel.
While most partners hire new graduates into X-ray roles before training for advanced modalities, some locations offer direct entry into advanced modalities. Shifts will vary based on department needs, potentially including weekends, holidays, and rotational call schedules across multiple campuses.
We are considering new graduate Radiology Technologists for the following teams (subject to change based on hiring needs):
Our Talent Acquisition Partner can share more about the opportunities available at each location and will match candidates with the various hospitals.
If you are graduating in Spring 2026 and interested in joining our team, please apply today. Our Talent Acquisition Partner is available to discuss career paths, job qualifications, and specific opportunities at each healthcare partner.
