About the Role
You will be accountable for the proficient operations of radiographic and CT equipment to provide clinically diagnostic images as directed by physicians. This role is designed for those who thrive in a rewarding team environment, balancing technical precision with patient interaction. You will perform various radiology procedures accurately and efficiently, initiating proper interventions when exams indicate immediate attention. Your work ensures that exam data is presented in a complete and accurate format for interpretation, while also managing the secure archiving and retrieval of image data.
Beyond technical duties, you will play a key role in maintaining department safety, quality assessment, and infection control standards. You will also have the opportunity to assist and mentor staff and students during clinical rotations and orientation, helping to cultivate the next generation of healthcare professionals.
Work Environment & Schedule
This position operates on a hybrid schedule across two locations: 1-2 days per week in Marshall and 3 days per week in Granite Falls. The role includes an on-call rotation of one day per week in Granite Falls, along with a weekend and holiday rotation. Shifts are available for both Day and Evening hours.
