As a Radiology Technologist, you will join our on-site team to perform high-quality diagnostic radiologic exams. This role is vital for bridging the gap between patient comfort and diagnostic accuracy. You will be responsible for preparing and positioning patients, operating advanced imaging equipment, and adhering to strict safety protocols like ALARA to protect both patients and staff.
Your day will involve collaborating closely with radiologists, nurses, and the broader care team to ensure seamless workflows. Beyond technical execution, you will play a key role in patient education, explaining procedures and post-exam care to patients and their families. You will also contribute to the organization's commitment to excellence by participating in quality improvement initiatives and maintaining rigorous documentation within PACS/EMR systems.
