The Racing Instructor serves as the primary guide for our customers, ensuring they experience the thrill of driving exotic vehicles with optimal safety and confidence. This role is more than just instruction; it is a partnership where you provide one-on-one coaching both in the classroom and as a passenger in the vehicle. You will be responsible for maneuvering race cars through the course at accelerated speeds while adapting your coaching style to each student's unique skill level and the dynamic track conditions.
Your day involves a blend of high-energy driving and detailed instruction. From conducting pre-drive classroom briefings to facilitating track discovery laps, you will mentor customers on critical skills like shifting, braking, and accelerating. Beyond the track, you play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our fleet by performing basic vehicle checks, keeping cars clean, and reporting any mechanical concerns immediately.
