As a Front-Line Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of Pay-O-Matic, responsible for maintaining optimal services and providing valuable support to our community. You will deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive customer experience in line with our company standards. This role involves processing money transfer transactions, managing point-of-sale operations, and upholding banking-related compliance rules and regulations.
The position requires adaptability in the face of workplace stressors, such as heavy verbal demands, while maintaining a harmonious work environment through mutual respect. You will also play a key role in sustaining loss prevention protocols, managing company funds with precise reconciliation, and implementing strong security measures to safeguard financial integrity. You will work in-store, potentially in confined areas, and may be required to float to nearby locations when needed.
