As a member of the store team, you will lead an excellent customer and brand experience while promoting sales for Goodwill of the San Francisco Bay. This role is essential to maintaining the daily operations of our retail location, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our shoppers.
In this position, you will be the face of our store, greeting customers upon entry and thanking them as they leave. You will manage Point of Sale responsibilities, process payments, and engage customers by asking for cash donations. You will also maintain sales floor standards by identifying prices, stocking merchandise, and utilizing paging systems for announcements. By modeling our core values, you help create a supportive atmosphere that reflects our commitment to the community.
