Key Responsibilities

- check_circleOnboard new clients by completing medical waivers and creating profiles
- check_circleConduct tours and sell service packages and memberships
- check_circlePerform opening and closing procedures for the store
- check_circleServe as an expert on Restore products and services
- check_circleRepresent the brand by embodying core values and mission
- check_circleCreate a fun and engaging store culture for team members
- check_circleEducate clients on services, medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care
- check_circleMaintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for guests and employees
- check_circleManage phone communications and facilitate booking or scheduling processes
Requirements
- verifiedAt least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment
- verifiedDegree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or related field (or working toward one)
Nice to Have
Working toward a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field.
