About the Role

As a Quality Technician at our Lynnwood facility, you will play a vital role in ensuring the conformity and integrity of our critical aerospace and defense components. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic manufacturing environment where precision and process improvement are paramount.

You will serve as a key resource for inspection issues, mentoring and training operators and delegated inspectors on inspection skills and process measurement techniques. Your work will involve evaluating products and processes against engineering drawings and specifications, performing internal audits, and preparing First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs). Additionally, you will analyze defect data to identify trends requiring corrective action and debrief management on acceptable and unacceptable activities to drive viable solutions.
