Join CACI's innovative Optical and Photonic Solutions (OPS) team, where we are at the forefront of developing cutting-edge custom photonic hardware tailored for US Government applications. Our mission is to ensure the safety of our nation by advancing critical missions with character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
As a New Product Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a pivotal part in leading production teams to establish a robust production environment. Your journey will involve building first-time prototypes and sustaining the environment to support low-rate initial production. You will oversee the day-to-day activities of a team comprising laboratory technicians and junior photonic engineers, resolving roadblocks and ensuring compliance with our quality system. This role requires close collaboration with program managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate activities across build, unit test, design engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance.
At CACI, we foster an environment of trust where you have the autonomy to take the time you need through a unique flexible time off benefit. We value the unique contributions every employee brings and provide access to robust learning resources to help you make your ambitions a reality. Together, we advance our nation's most critical missions, build on a lengthy track record of business success, and find opportunities to break new ground in your career and our legacy.
