About the Solar Business

Our Solar business delivers industry-leading, U.S.-made solar components. Role Context

As a Quality Specialist, you will ensure the quality of outgoing material and support customer relationships. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement projects while staying updated on industry standards and best practices to enhance quality systems. This position is designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleMonitor non-standard processes to identify and address deviations or non-conformities
  • check_circleAssist with internal and external quality audits including ISO9001 and customer certifications
  • check_circleTrack and report on implementation of improvement measures to prevent reoccurrence
  • check_circleAnalyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization
  • check_circleMaintain accurate quality records including inspection reports and corrective action plans
  • check_circleProvide quality training for production teams to improve adherence to standards
  • check_circleEnsure all processes meet required standards and prepare for customer factory inspections
  • check_circleInvestigate customer complaints and coordinate root cause analysis with relevant teams

Requirements
