About the Role
The Client Relationship Specialist serves as the vital link between our clients and our laboratories, facilitating day-to-day communication to ensure an exceptional client experience. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound communications via phone and email, advise walk-in clients on service information, and maintain a constant overview of projects across our PLM, TEM, and IAQ departments.
You will be responsible for documenting sample receipts, updating client and project data in LIMS and CRM systems, and collaborating with laboratory and operations personnel to resolve inquiries and improve processes. Teamwork is the foundation of success here; you will thrive in a fast-paced environment where proactivity and a growth mindset are essential. This position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, located in Cary, NC.
