About the Role
As the Quality Manager, you will be the guardian of quality across the organization. This role exists to define, maintain, and independently verify product, process, and system quality, ensuring that our manufacturing activities meet the highest standards. You will own the Quality Management System (QMS) and provide objective oversight, operating independently of production priorities to ensure integrity in every decision. This is a position for someone who approaches new challenges with passion, takes responsibility for their actions, and is confident in escalation and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleOwn and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and related documentation
- check_circleDefine quality standards, inspection criteria, control plans, and acceptance requirements
- check_circleLead internal, external, customer, and regulatory audits
- check_circleManage nonconformance, CAPA, and preventive action processes including effectiveness verification
- check_circlePerform and validate root cause analysis for quality issues
- check_circleOversee inspection, testing, and quality data analysis
- check_circleManage supplier quality requirements, audits, and escalations
- check_circleDrive quality-focused continuous improvement initiatives
- check_circleTrain employees on quality standards, procedures, and compliance expectations
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline
- verified5–10 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment
- verifiedExperience with ISO or equivalent quality systems and customer audits
Nice to Have
Prior leadership or supervisory experience. Chemistry or Chemical industry experience.
