The CMM Quality Inspector/Operator is a pivotal role within our manufacturing operations, responsible for the inspection of production and prototype hardware using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM). Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will ensure that all parts meet or exceed customer specifications by analyzing blueprints, mechanical drawings, and travelers. This position requires a blend of technical precision and operational agility, as you will load and unload parts, calibrate equipment, and communicate critical quality data to engineering and management teams.
You will play a key role in optimizing measurement processes and reducing defect rates by providing necessary data to machine operators. Whether working independently or as part of a team, your integrity and safety consciousness will be essential in maintaining a clean, compliant, and efficient work environment.
We offer openings for both 1st and 2nd shifts:
Overtime may be required as needed for either shift.
