About the Role

As a CMM Operator for our Titanium Aerospace Parts Production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the precision and quality of our components. You will inspect machined and un-machined castings, wax patterns, and fixtures using both manual and Automated CMM devices. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex blueprints and customer specifications.

You will work closely with engineering to review and interrogate dimensional data, completing detailed inspection reports. While the primary focus is on inspection, you will also utilize hand-held measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and bore gages. This position offers the opportunity to work on raw and machined castings and first articles, contributing directly to the production of function-critical aerospace parts.

Working Conditions & Schedule

This is a non-management, full-time position located in Albany, OR. The role involves frequently working near moving mechanical parts and may require pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 50 lbs.

We offer flexible shift options to accommodate different schedules:

• Swing Shift: Monday through Thursday (4x10-hour days) with a $1.00/hour shift differential.
• Weekend Day Shifts: Friday through Sunday (3x12-hour days) with a $1.25/hour shift differential.
• Weekend Night Shifts: Friday through Sunday (3x12-hour days) with a $2.50/hour shift differential.

Candidates selected for the Swing Shift will be trained on the day shift initially.
