About the Role
We are seeking a CNC Machinist B to join our team on the 2nd Shift, supporting our Lathe Cell in Northfield, NH. In this role, you will be a vital part of our production flow, responsible for setting up and operating equipment to meet strict production requirements.
Your day will involve executing timely and efficient set-ups, loading and feeding machines to produce finished products, and maintaining accurate records in our ERP system. You will perform first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure dimensional accuracy, utilizing CMM machines as required to verify part quality. Success in this position requires the ability to recall CMM programs, identify required fixturing, and interpret reported data while maintaining the integrity of recorded information. You will work within established procedures, including production checklists and work orders, to ensure we deliver the best results to our customers.
Shift Details
This position is based on the 2nd Shift schedule, running from 3:15 PM to 11:45 PM, Monday through Friday. Employees on this shift receive a 10% shift differential in addition to the competitive pay range.
