As a Quality Engineer, Product & Supplier Quality Excellence, you will play a critical role in improving quality performance across the product lifecycle. You will enable data-driven decisions in support of both Service Quality and Supplier Quality functions, reporting directly to the Director of NCC, Productivity, and Service Quality. This position provides high-level analytical and quality engineering support to drive quality improvements and Non-Conformance Cost (NCC) reduction initiatives from incoming inspection through manufacturing, installation, and field service.
In this role, you will partner closely with Customer Service Operations, Supplier Quality Engineering, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing. You will support the development of dashboards and reporting tools by working with IT developers, acting as a primary user and subject matter expert to ensure they meet business needs and provide actionable insights. You will directly support supplier-related NCC analysis and corrective action activities while tracking actions to achieve key Supply Chain KPIs.
The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, data-driven quality professional with strong visualization skills, deep process understanding, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to drive measurable quality and cost improvements.

Master's degree or other completed advanced degree. Experience with analytics tools (SQL, Python, or similar). Experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, aerospace, automotive, or other regulated industries. Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, HPS, or other continuous improvement methods. Experience implementing predictive analytics or machine learning for quality improvement. Demonstrated success leading data-driven improvement activities across multiple functions.
