In this role, you will ensure our aerospace products meet top quality standards while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. You'll collaborate with various teams to identify and resolve quality issues, drive improvements, and maintain compliance with industry regulations.

Basic knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T). Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Strong organizational, planning, and action plan execution capabilities. Ability to resolve high-complexity problems using structured techniques. Experience creating and performing holistic containment plans following a noncompliance event (Escape). Experience conducting and completing First Article Inspections or completing the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). Experience interfacing with customers to support business needs. ASQ certifications. Experience using SAP (PRISM). Experience supporting AS9100 or equivalent audits. Knowledge of descriptive statistics and statistical control methodologies including statistical software. Ability to comprehend and translate external and internal requirements into effective work instructions. Ability to understand drawings, work instructions, Bill of Materials (BOMs), consumable materials control, process disciplines, and tool control. Level 4 Mission Assurance Certification (internal candidates only).
