Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead optical system setup, alignment, and maintenance for precision imaging equipment
- check_circleBuild test fixtures, interconnects, and test equipment for product development phases
- check_circleDevelop test plans, execute tests, and organize data to identify design errors
- check_circlePerform root cause corrective action analysis on prototypes, manufacturing escalations, and service returns
- check_circleEnsure compliance with laser safety standards and maintain a safe optical laboratory environment
- check_circlePlan test schedules, organize data, and report testing progress to engineering and management
- check_circleAssist manufacturing and process engineering in determining Cpk for new processes
- check_circleTroubleshoot complex system-level interactions across electrical, mechanical, and optical domains
- check_circleDesign, develop, and implement cost-effective testing and troubleshooting methods for electro-optical systems
- check_circleParticipate in design reviews and FMEA to identify risks and prioritize new product testing
Requirements
