Hydration meets precision. We are partnering with a well-known health supplement company to find a detail-loving Documentation Specialist to support their Quality & Regulatory team during a maternity leave. This is a 3-month contract role based in El Segundo, CA, with a hybrid schedule (in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays).

This is a paperwork-heavy, detail-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments and enjoys keeping systems clean and compliant. The Role

You will partner closely with the current Documentation Specialist and Sr. Quality Assurance Manager to keep everything organized, compliant, and audit-ready while the team searches for a permanent Sr. Quality Specialist. Expect a healthy mix of reviewing and maintaining quality & regulatory documentation, drafting and managing Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and Conformance, and publishing documents in SharePoint and ERP systems. You will also support supplier and co-packer documentation requests and update SOPs, specs, and forms as needed to ensure documentation stays current, accurate, and compliant.

Requirements
